Yoga Classes. Learn techniques for stress management and relaxation through gentle stretching, breathing and imagery.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These ancient Chinese forms of exercise have been practiced for health and well being for hundreds of years. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that improves balance and coordination. Qi Gong consists of breathing exercises and meditation, which help to relax the body and mind, reduce blood pressure and improve ventilatory capacity.

Massage Therapy. Licensed massage therapists use Swedish and Shiatsu techniques to promote healing and well being. The benefits of massage include the release of endorphins, decreased heart rate and blood pressure and improved circulation.

Biofeedback. A noninvasive form of therapy that can be used to teach patients to control certain physiological processes.

Alexander Technique. This technique focuses on improving physical and psychological well being by facilitating natural reflexes of posture, balance and movement.

Flexibility and Lower Back Conditioning. Learn exercises for stretching and strengthening the lower back as well as proper body mechanics and posture.
