The Center for Cardiac Health of Long Island College Hospital offers individuals with coronary artery disease the opportunity to resume a more active and productive lifestyle. Participants learn how to manage their condition and make changes that reduce the risks and symptoms often associated with cardiac disease. The outpatient program is individually tailored for each participant, who benefits from a combination of medically supervised exercise, education and support with a goal toward improved health and well being.
